Medievia is a medieval fantasy MUD that opened in 1991. Its persistent world brings together exploration, combat and a deeply social structure of formations, clans, towns and player bloodlines.

Explore player-created areas, wilderness and the ocean. Ships support travel, encounters and ship-to-ship conflict.
A social world
Formations, clans, towns and bloodlines give players several ways to cooperate and build lasting ties.
Four paths to mastery
Warrior, Thief, Mage and Cleric are the four classes. The official class guide describes multiclassing after reaching level 31.
An economy to explore
Earn gold through combat, quests or trading, then spend it on equipment and community projects. Optional donation tokens can also be traded between players.
