Centaur
The memory of distance
Folk with a humanoid upper body and an equine lower body.
Centaur route traditions preserve journeys through cadence, weather signs and the stories attached to resting places. Across open country, messages and friendships travel together. The crossings introduced enclosed cities and impossible terrain, encouraging new partnerships between people whose maps described entirely different experiences of the same world.
A centaur champion may be a scout, philosopher, guardian or traveler who has finally chosen to stop running from a question. Their arena stories bring the perspective of distance into a confined meeting. Freedom is not only the ability to move; it is also the ability to choose where to stand.

Centaur describes a race, not a combat restriction. Race does not grant an automatic combat bonus or passive ability. Resistances and weaknesses belong to each hero’s individual combat profile. The heroes below have their own lineages and classes. Their individual profiles tell the stories that make them distinct.
