Fiendish lineages arrive burdened with stories told by their enemies, their ancestors and sometimes their own rulers. Communities beyond their birth realms have built new traditions around chosen names, negotiated obligations and the difficult freedom of refusing an expected role. Inheritance can be powerful without being final.
A fiend champion may be proud, compassionate, dangerous, principled—or several of these at once. Their arena stories resist the assumption that ancestry predicts allegiance. Some seek to prove themselves; others refuse to accept that a proof is owed. Every victory becomes another sentence in a history they are writing themselves.
