Insectfolk

Many forms, many voices

People with insect traits, including moth, beetle and mantis lineages.

Insectfolk include peoples whose lives are shaped by radically different bodies: winged night travelers, armored artisans and deliberate hunters. Their histories cannot be reduced to a single hive or shared mind. Crossing settlements became meeting places where communities compared calendars, metamorphoses and ways of recognizing a familiar face.

Their champions turn those varied inheritances into individual callings. A delicate appearance may conceal iron resolve, while a formidable silhouette may belong to a contemplative scholar. The arena makes these differences visible. Each insectfolk hero arrives as a person, with a particular life behind the unfamiliar outline.

Ancestry is a beginning.

Insectfolk describes a race, not a combat restriction. Race does not grant an automatic combat bonus or passive ability. Resistances and weaknesses belong to each hero’s individual combat profile. The heroes below have their own lineages and classes. Their individual profiles tell the stories that make them distinct.
